Program Manager (U.S.)

Job Description

Very Good Ventures is seeking a Program Manager to drive the successful delivery of multiple concurrent Flutter-based and/or Native Mobile projects. The Program Manager will collaborate with engineering leads, product managers, designers, and clients to ensure programs are executed efficiently, within scope, and with a high standard of quality. Very Good Ventures is a global consultancy that delivers clients elegant solutions using disruptive technologies.

Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end program delivery across multiple Flutter and/or Native Mobile projects.
• Work directly with clients to define goals, align expectations, and manage communication.
• Partner with engineering, design, and QA to scope projects and estimate resources.
• Monitor progress, create status reports, and communicate updates.
• Facilitate sprint planning, retrospectives, and cross-functional meetings.
• Identify and resolve cross-functional dependencies and blockers proactively.
• Contribute to continual process improvement and tooling.

Required Qualifications:

• 4–7 years of experience in program/project management.
• Experience managing mobile app development initiatives.
• Understanding of the software development lifecycle and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Availability to travel once per quarter.
• Availability to work during U.S. Eastern or Central time zones.
• Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in project tracking and communication tools.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
