Account Director (B2B PR & Comms)

Job Description

Hotwire, a global communications and marketing consultancy, is seeking an experienced Account Director to join their B2B PR & Comms team in either Munich or Frankfurt, Germany. The ideal candidate will be passionate about technology and possess a blend of PR, communications, and marketing experience.This role involves strategic leadership, client communication, and team management. The Account Director will be responsible for developing and executing integrated communications strategies, creating content, managing media relations, and leading campaign plans. They will also play a key role in new business development.Responsibilities:

• Team management
• Leading on client communications
• Delivering strategically-led integrated comms plans for clients
• Content creation, localisation, proofreading and distribution
• Media and/or influencer relations
• Event management
• Leading on campaign plans
• Managing the operational side of accounts
• Playing an active role in new business

Requirements:

• PR expertise with experience in marketing
• PR agency experience, ideally B2B
• Comfortable with hands-on execution
• Passion for technology
• Experience working in an international environment
• Business proficient in English and German (C1 and above)
• Team management experience or potential
• Strategic thinking and integrated campaign delivery
• Proactive and ambitious
• Respectful and collaborative attitude
