Job Description

Sony Interactive Entertainment is seeking a Corporate Counsel, Intellectual Property Litigation to join their Global Legal Team at PlayStation. This role is based in San Mateo, CA, and operates on a hybrid model, requiring the candidate to be in the office twice a week. The Corporate Counsel will play a crucial role in defending and advancing SIE’s intellectual property, litigating high-stakes cases involving PlayStation video games and products.

What this role involves:

• Managing IP litigation and working with outside counsel.
• Responding to third-party subpoenas.
• Strategizing with leadership on IP litigation risks.
• Developing policies and procedures.
• Partnering with colleagues in other regions.
