Audeze LLC, under Sony Interactive Entertainment, is seeking a Mechanical Engineering Supervisor in Santa Ana, CA. This role involves managing the end-to-end product development of Audeze products, from initial concepts to market launch. The supervisor will lead and oversee planar magnetic diaphragm manufacturing operations, focusing on process optimization and research into new ultra-thin materials. They will also perform root cause analysis of non-conforming components, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and utilize CAD and 3D printing for prototype creation.Role involves:

• Managing end-to-end product development

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Three years of experience in headphone component design
• Experience in manufacturing automation processes
• Expertise in mechanical, electromagnetic, and acoustic simulation programs
