Adyen is seeking an Associate Card Scheme Operations Analyst to join their team in Bengaluru. This role is crucial for ensuring customers comply with Card Scheme regulations and Adyen's risk appetite.He/She will be responsible for optimizing internal processes and finding scalable solutions to maintain portfolio compliance. The ideal candidate will support strategic business growth while meeting compliance goals and mitigating non-compliance losses.What this role involves:

• Taking ownership of operational merchant risk management.
• Providing support to merchants on scheme-related topics.
• Staying updated on Card Network and PCI DSS requirements.
• Establishing new processes for monitoring merchant portfolios.
• Managing card scheme non-compliance notifications.
• Helping internal teams establish strategies for sustainable business growth.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in fintech, payments, AML, CDD, Card Schemes, or Compliance.
• Knowledge of scheme rules (e-commerce experience is a plus).
• Detail-oriented and organized with an analytical mindset.
• Self-starter with the ability to thrive in a start-up environment.
• Ability to convey compliance requirements to merchants and commercial teams.
• Solid people skills for collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
• Sound judgment and flexibility in problem-solving.
