Job Description
Adyen is seeking a Finance Support Analyst to join their team in San Francisco. Adyen is the financial technology platform of choice for leading companies like Meta, Uber, H&M, and Microsoft. The ideal candidate will be an expert on Adyen’s finance and treasury platform, supporting the financial teams of merchants globally. This role involves close collaboration with Finance, Product, Account Management, and Development teams.

What this role involves:
  • Being the first point of contact for merchants and commercial teams for financial related issues.
  • Educating and advising merchants’ financial teams on how to best gain value from the platform, products, and features.
  • Receiving and analyzing merchant pain points and working closely with Adyen’s Finance Product and Development teams to improve or build new products.

Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of experience with exposure to financial products (issuing, business accounts, capital/business financing) within a banking or Fintech environment.
  • Strong finance and analytical skills and familiarity with internal accounting systems.
  • Strong commercial sensibility and comfort in direct contact with merchants.
  • Ability to make quick informed decisions under pressure and prioritize appropriately.
  • Previous exposure to environments rich in uncertainty and a track record of successfully dealing with ambiguity.
  • Advanced level of proficiency with MS Excel.
