Job Description

OLIVER+, a part of The Brandtech Group, is seeking a GenAI Senior Writer to join their team in India. This remote role involves crafting high-quality ad copy using the Pencil platform, targeting both enterprise clients and small businesses. The ideal candidate will stay updated on the latest GenAI models and use them to generate impactful, conversion-driving copy.

The GenAI Senior Writer will collaborate with team members to brainstorm and refine ideas, experiment with new creative techniques, and communicate with clients to address their needs. They will also work with the Training team to share new GenAI techniques and collaborate with Product & Engineering teams to test new features.

What this role involves:

  • Collaborating with GenAI Creators and team members.
  • Experimenting with new creative techniques.
  • Communicating with clients via chat or video calls.
  • Establishing a transparent GenAI delivery process.
  • Partnering with the Training team to explore and share new GenAI techniques.
  • Collaborating with Product & Engineering teams to test new GenAI features.

Requirements:

  • 5 years’ experience in advertising creative development.
  • Experience with GenAI tools such as Pencil, ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude etc.
  • Experience with GenAI techniques such as model selection & prompting.
  • Any experience using GenAI to deliver real-world advertising creative.
  • Good personal communication and management skills.
  • Strong written English skills.
  • Access to a reliable computer with an internet connection exceeding 40 Mbps.
  • A collaborative and team-oriented attitude.
