Senior Security and Compliance Analyst (Third Party Risk)

Job Description

Box is seeking a Senior Security and Compliance Analyst to join their Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) team in Warsaw, Poland. This role is crucial for ensuring the security and compliance of Box's suppliers. The Senior Analyst will conduct risk assessments, interact with suppliers and internal stakeholders, and support strategic initiatives to improve business outcomes. Box is a leader in Intelligent Content Management, helping organizations manage content lifecycles and transform business workflows with enterprise AI.What this role involves:

• Delivering third-party risk assessments of Box's suppliers.
• Assessing controls, processes, and systems to identify risk.
• Developing plans to mitigate against risks.
• Interacting with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Responding to internal and external inquiries related to TPRM.
• Supporting strategic initiatives to improve business outcomes.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in Information Security, GRC, or Audit.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
• General knowledge of relevant security and compliance certifications and frameworks.
• Knowledge of third-party information security challenges and trends.
• Proficient in English.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Passionate for collaboration and process improvement.
