Broadvoice is seeking a Customer Success Manager to join their expanding team. This role is based in Mexico and is fully remote. The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for guiding Mexican clients to achieve their desired outcomes and driving value through proactive engagement strategies. They will monitor customer health, predict challenges, and offer solutions to ensure satisfaction and retention.
The role involves:
Identifying customer operational needs.
Identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Ensuring customer autonomy through training and validation.
Coordinating with internal and customer stakeholders.
Conducting product roadshows and sharing best practices.
Monitoring business objectives and auditing results.
Requirements:
3-5 years’ experience in client engagement.
Experience handling business challenges and delivering exceptional service.
Experience in Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS).
Experience managing projects with multiple stakeholders.
Experience building senior-level business relationships.
Ability to understand customer business structures and needs.
Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, Rev.io, etc.).
