Job Description

Zenvia is seeking an Information Security Analyst to work with Security Governance, focusing primarily on incident management. The professional will join the Governance, Risk & Compliance squad, responsible for defining and implementing policies and processes that ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information. The team's mission is to establish the Information Security strategy aligned with global best practices and offer internal consulting on risks and solutions.

Role involves:

• Actively participate in the governance of the incident management process, generating and monitoring process KPIs.
• Conduct the investigation and analysis of possible security incidents, collecting evidence and identifying the root cause.
• Generate executive incident reports for communication to stakeholders.
• Participate in war rooms and act in incident scenarios, organizing investigation and containment activities in collaboration with internal teams.
• Work with the SOC and Cyber team to improve incident detection tools and methods.
• Analyze the architecture of new products, projects, or systems with a focus on information security, generating recommendations according to market best practices.
• Collaborate with other processes of the information security team, contributing to the structuring, review, and continuous improvement of processes and the team.
• Support other teams in defining and implementing technical (tool evaluation) and procedural (procedures) security controls.
• Create and monitor indicators (KPIs) for their processes.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in information security.
• Experience with security incidents.
• Experience in analyzing the architecture, systems, and projects of new products, ensuring information security.
• Knowledge of security frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, CIS, SANS, etc.
• Technical and systemic view regarding the life cycle of an incident.
• Completed or ongoing graduation in the areas of information security, science or computer engineering, or related areas in technology.
• Intermediate English (reading and writing) is desirable.
• Security certifications (Security+, ISFS, etc.) are desirable.
• Degree in technology.
