Job Description
Elite Technology is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead and scale its software development teams. This role is crucial for supporting the company's growth objectives. The Engineering Manager will oversee the software development lifecycle (SDLC), guide project delivery, and foster a high-performance team culture. This is a remote position.

Role involves:
  • Managing and mentoring engineers across development teams.
  • Guiding teams through agile ceremonies and sprint planning.
  • Partnering with Product Managers and Architects to align on project scope and timelines.
  • Driving continuous improvement in SDLC processes and engineering best practices.
  • Monitoring delivery health and mitigating risks.
  • Planning and allocating engineering capacity across projects.
  • Ensuring engineering output is reliable and well-documented.
  • Fostering a collaborative team environment.
  • Representing engineering in cross-functional conversations.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in software engineering.
  • 2+ years in a people leadership or engineering management role.
  • Experience leading agile teams in a SaaS or enterprise software environment.
  • Strong knowledge of modern SDLC practices, CI/CD pipelines, and testing frameworks.
  • Hands-on experience with the .NET ecosystem (C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core).
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to manage distributed teams in a remote-first environment.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based environments; Azure experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
