Job Description
Elite Technology is seeking a Lead Software Development Engineer in Test to drive quality and testing strategies. This role involves leading testing and automation efforts, mentoring junior engineers, and owning the test architecture. The ideal candidate will have advanced expertise in test automation and continuous improvement.

What This Role Involves:
  • Owning automation frameworks.
  • Standardizing automated testing approaches.
  • Driving quality standards and best practices.
  • Anticipating technical issues.
  • Mentoring junior team members.
  • Participating in design discussions.
  • Tracking quality metrics.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in STEM or equivalent experience.
  • 7+ years of experience in quality/automation engineering.
  • Expertise with OOP, .NET technologies (C#, ASP.NET, API development, .NET Core).
  • Experience in constructing test automation for web applications, console applications, Windows forms applications, and/or cloud infrastructure deployments.
  • Deep understanding of testing frameworks like Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or RestAssured.
  • Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
  • Experience with Azure cloud platform and cloud-native design principles.
  • Experience with relational database technologies, particularly Microsoft SQL Server.
  • Proficiency in utilizing modern CI/CD technologies, like Azure DevOps & Azure DevOps Pipelines.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Foundational understanding of crafting test plans and test cases.
  • Proficiency in English at a B2+ level or higher.
