Job Description

OKX, a leading crypto exchange, is seeking a Growth Associate intern for a 6-12 month opportunity in Hong Kong. This role is ideal for an undergraduate or graduate student passionate about Web3 and content creation. The intern will contribute to user growth, acquisition, and retention through strategic content development and execution.Role involves:

• Planning and producing engaging content (short videos, articles) to promote the OKX brand and Web3 products.
• Designing and executing growth experiments (A/B testing, viral campaigns) to optimize content dissemination and user conversion.
• Utilizing AI tools (MidJourney, ChatGPT, Canva) for content generation, user behavior analysis, and marketing copy optimization.
• Tracking content performance metrics and providing optimization recommendations.
• Combining Web3 industry trends and user research to inform growth strategies.

Requirements:

• Current university student in Marketing, Journalism, Computer Science, Data Analysis, or related fields.
• Familiarity with content ecosystems like Twitter and YouTube, understanding content preferences among Hong Kong and Chinese users.
• Strong self-motivation and interest in Web3, blockchain, or cryptocurrency.
• Proficiency in AI tools for content creation or data analysis.
• Fundamental data analysis skills (Excel, Google Analytics).
• Excellent communication skills, with copywriting and video creation abilities preferred.
• Fluency in Chinese and English.
