Job Description
OKX is seeking a Web3 Growth Manager to join their team in Hong Kong. This role is pivotal in developing and executing strategies to enhance user growth and engagement within the Web3 space. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the Web3 industry, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in using AI tools for content creation and data analysis.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop strategies for viral content and user conversion.
  • Manage and optimize engagement strategies across content, video, and community channels.
  • Collaborate with KOLs/KOCs to expand OKX's brand influence.
  • Utilize data analysis tools to track key metrics and optimize growth strategies.
  • Apply AI tools to generate creative content and analyze user behavior.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align growth activities with company strategy.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Data Analysis, Journalism, or related fields.
  • 1+ year of experience in growth operations, digital marketing, or content operations.
  • In-depth understanding of the Web3, blockchain, or cryptocurrency industries.
  • Proficiency in using AI tools (ChatGPT, DALL·E, Canva).
  • Excellent communication and writing skills.
  • Fluency in Chinese and English.
