Recorded Future is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, APJ, to drive end-to-end recruitment across the Asia-Pacific region. The role involves owning the full recruitment lifecycle, delivering a high-touch candidate experience, and building strong partnerships with hiring managers. The ideal candidate will be based in Singapore and will work onsite at the Funan Mall office three days per week.Responsibilities:
Own the full recruitment lifecycle for roles across APJ.
Deliver a high-touch candidate experience.
Build strong, consultative partnerships with hiring managers.
Lead structured interview processes rooted in performance-based hiring principles.
Actively source passive candidates across various departments.
Maintain accurate and timely communication with candidates and stakeholders.
Use data to track pipeline health, hiring velocity, and conversion rates.
Collaborate with peers and the global TA team on best practices.
Manage agency relationships as needed.
Operate with high attention to detail across all stages.
Requirements:
5+ years of hands-on recruiting experience in both agency and in-house environments.
Cybersecurity recruitment experience.
Proven success recruiting across multiple APJ countries, including Japan.
Proficiency with Greenhouse ATS.
Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter.
Based in Singapore, with the ability to work onsite three days per week.
