BitMEX is seeking a Front-End Manager to lead a team of full-stack engineers. The manager will oversee the development of BitMEX's website, APIs, and mobile applications. This role involves collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and other Product Engineering teams to enhance the user experience across all customer touchpoints.
BitMEX is looking for someone to reinvent, redesign and redefine BitMEX UI in close collaboration with the Retail Growth team.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of 5 full-stack engineers, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define and oversee product development.
- Lead technical initiatives and establish engineering best practices.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of professional experience in Computer Science.
- Experience building and managing frontend, backend, and mobile software engineers.
- Expertise with NodeJS and React.
- Familiarity with industry coding practices and frameworks.
- Experience building real-time trading UIs and working in Financial Services.
