Job Description
SonderMind is seeking a Psychiatry Growth Specialist to help expand into emerging markets and build scalable solutions. This role involves collaborating with various teams to craft tailored growth strategies and increase access to mental health care. The Psychiatry Growth Specialist will report to the Psychiatry Growth Manager.
What this role involves:
- Leading the development and scaling of emerging psychiatry markets.
- Bringing a creative and analytical lens to referral strategy.
- Partnering with health systems and internal teams to source new client pathways.
- Tracking client conversion trends and performance across the funnel.
- Serving as a market-level spokesperson for the psychiatry program.
Requirements:
- 3–6 years of experience in health tech, consulting, or a high-growth environment.
- A bias for action and ability to execute plans.
- Comfortable with both high-level strategy and detailed execution.
- Proven ability to develop data-driven hypotheses and iterate based on results.
- Strong project management skills.
- Experience with Salesforce and data analytics tools.
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and taking smart risks.
- Proactive, inquisitive, and motivated by impact.
