Job Description

Contentful is seeking a Customer Success Manager to join their global team, focusing on the EMEA region. The Customer Success Manager will work directly with Contentful customers to ensure they maximize value from the platform and deliver a stellar customer experience. They will help customers achieve their technical and business goals while driving retention and growth for Contentful. The role involves partnering with sales, partner organizations, and professional services teams, and amplifying customer voices internally.

Role involves:

  • Building and owning relationships with enterprise accounts
  • Monitoring and guiding new customers
  • Advising customers on priorities with Contentful
  • Driving product adoption and customer satisfaction
  • Leading customer Business Reviews
  • Mitigating risks within a book of business
  • Driving renewal conversations and negotiating contracts
  • Translating customer insights into actionable feedback
  • Traveling ~25% annually for customer onsite meetings

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing role with renewals experience
  • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales or performance goals
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to understand Contentful APIs and the modern content management stack
  • Technical proficiency and a keen interest in technology
  • Fluent written and verbal communication skills in at least one European Language is a huge plus
