Job Description
Guidepost Montessori is seeking an enthusiastic and adaptable Assistant Teacher to support a mixed-age class of Infants, Toddler, and Preschool children in North Wales, Pennsylvania. The Assistant Teacher will empower children aged 0 to 6 to gain independence, self-confidence, and a love of learning.

Role Involves:
  • Observing children closely to understand and meet their needs.
  • Preparing a beautiful, orderly environment that fosters independence and concentration.
  • Providing individual and small-group lessons to support each child’s development.
  • Forming personal connections with each child and cultivating a community of collaboration and respect.

Requirements:
  • Experience working with children ages 3-6 in a school setting.
