Job Description
Guidepost Montessori is seeking a Substitute Teacher to support mixed-age Montessori classrooms in North Wales, Pennsylvania. This is an on-call position, and no formal Montessori training is required, as the company provides training during orientation. The role offers an excellent opportunity to join the school community and potentially transition into a full-time Assistant Teacher.

Role Involves:
  • Supporting multiple mixed-age Montessori classrooms.
  • Providing coverage for full-time teachers who are absent.

Requirements:
  • Negative TB test within the last 12 months.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Valid state background check.
  • Warm and friendly demeanor.
  • ECE units or recent teaching experience with children 0-6 (preferred).
