Senior Full-stack Engineer (React+.Net)

JustAnswer is seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to join their team. In this role, the candidate will be responsible for building scalable, high-impact features using cutting-edge technologies. The Senior Full Stack Developer will maintain and evolve the React frontend and .NET backend, and contribute to projects that integrate advanced machine learning models. They will collaborate within a small team that values continuous improvement and embraces the latest in technology.Role involves:

• Developing and maintaining frontend components using React, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Redux
• Building and enhancing backend services with .NET, including writing and optimizing queries to interact with databases
• Integrating machine learning and large language models into existing workflows
• Collaborating with team members to ensure high-quality deliverables
• Participating in technical discussions and contributing ideas to improve the development process
• Supporting CI/CD pipeline management and contributing to building and maintaining Jenkins jobs
• Communicating clearly and effectively within the team and cross-functionally

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in full stack development
• Proficiency in .NET frameworks, C#, and data access technologies
• Experience with React.js, including state management and component-based architecture
• Familiarity with Unit / Integration tests using any of Jest, NUnit, Playwright, React Testing Library
• Strong knowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and TypeScript
• Experience with database systems such as SQL Server or MySQL
• Strong knowledge of design and architectural patterns, SOA design & web service development
• Strong understanding of development processes
• Upper-intermediate level of English
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Demonstrated leadership abilities
