Job Description
StockX is seeking a Fraud Analyst to join their Safety & Trust team in Bangalore. The Fraud Analyst will play a crucial role in safeguarding StockX's marketplace, customers, team members, and inventory worldwide. This individual will work cross-functionally with various stakeholders to identify and prevent fraudulent activities.

Responsibilities:
  • Identify fraudulent situations by reviewing suspicious activity reports and alerting systems.
  • Investigate leads on possible fraud from internal and external clients.
  • Use data to identify fraudulent patterns and take preventative measures.
  • Provide detailed analysis and reporting on fraudulent activity.
  • Review fraud queues promptly.
  • Maintain detailed records of fraud instances and losses.
  • Collaborate cross-departmentally to identify new areas of fraudulent activity.
  • Provide feedback to other departments on possible fraud.
  • Provide analysis to fraud prevention partners and vendors.
  • Facilitate regular meetings with vendors and other departments.
  • Assist in the development of suspicious activity alerts.
  • Use fraud detection methods to make informed decisions on orders and users.
  • Investigate payment disputes and provide detailed analysis of trends.
  • Review fraud and chargeback reports to proactively identify trends.
  • Review fraud and policy abuse trends in the industry.

Requirements:
  • Experience in fraud analysis, customer support, investigation, chargebacks, or related fields.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Ability to multi-task with attention to detail.
  • Ability to cooperate across organizational boundaries.
  • Ability to pass background investigation and drug test.
  • Consent to recurring background investigations.
  • Ability to travel and remain physically attentive.
  • Ability to maintain composure in stressful situations and confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and computer-based tools.
  • Creativity, flexibility, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
