Sr. Quality Engineer - Customer Data Platform Team

Constant Contact is seeking a Senior Quality Engineer to join their Customer Data Platform team. This individual will be responsible for ensuring the quality of a high-performance segmentation and insights engine that powers customer experiences and automations. • Developing robust automated tests for integration, functional, and performance testing.
• Identifying, troubleshooting, and debugging defects in software and cloud infrastructure.
• Writing clear, well-formed, and effective test plans.
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of quality processes.
• Being an integral member of an agile software development team.
• Driving product quality by utilizing continuous integration, continuous delivery, and test-driven development.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of test automation experience.
• Significant experience with backend and frontend test frameworks (JUnit, RestAssured, PyTest, Playwright, etc.).
• Experience validating the quality of data pipelines created with public cloud providers (AWS, etc.).
• Exposure to Git in a CI/CD environment.
• Experience working with Jenkins.
• Proficient in Java and JavaScript.
• Experience with Python, Kubernetes, and gRPC is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
