Job Description
FREENOW is seeking a Procurement Administrator to join their Procurement team. The ideal candidate will be reliable, data-driven, and highly motivated, with a keen interest in improving and maintaining procurement processes within a fast-paced, international environment. This role is based in Lisbon, with flexible working arrangements available.Role involves:
  • Maintaining and improving procurement processes and tools.
  • Assisting procurement managers in vendor sourcing, NDA collection, RFP management, and invoicing.
  • Communicating and collaborating with cross-functional teams, including legal, finance, data protection, and infosecurity.
  • Analyzing data to prepare negotiations and support smart decision-making.
  • Conducting market research.
  • Supporting vendor negotiations.
Requirements:
  • Studies in Administration, Project, Business Management, or equivalent.
  • 3 years of experience in Procurement or Project Management.
  • Organizational and analytical skills.
  • Experience abroad.
  • Very good communication skills in English.
  • Good knowledge of Google tools (and/or Microsoft ones), particularly Gsheet/Excel.
  • Good knowledge of JIRA, Docusign, and RFP platforms.
