Job Description
FREENOW is seeking a Procurement Administrator to join their Procurement team. The ideal candidate will be reliable, data-driven, and highly motivated, with a keen interest in improving and maintaining procurement processes within a fast-paced, international environment. This role is based in Lisbon, with flexible working arrangements available.Role involves:
- Maintaining and improving procurement processes and tools.
- Assisting procurement managers in vendor sourcing, NDA collection, RFP management, and invoicing.
- Communicating and collaborating with cross-functional teams, including legal, finance, data protection, and infosecurity.
- Analyzing data to prepare negotiations and support smart decision-making.
- Conducting market research.
- Supporting vendor negotiations.
Requirements:
- Studies in Administration, Project, Business Management, or equivalent.
- 3 years of experience in Procurement or Project Management.
- Organizational and analytical skills.
- Experience abroad.
- Very good communication skills in English.
- Good knowledge of Google tools (and/or Microsoft ones), particularly Gsheet/Excel.
- Good knowledge of JIRA, Docusign, and RFP platforms.
