Job Description
FREENOW is seeking a Procurement Administrator to enhance procurement processes within their international team. The role involves maintaining and improving procurement processes and tools, assisting procurement managers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The Procurement Administrator will also analyze data, conduct market research, and support vendor negotiations.

Role Involves:
  • Maintenance and improvement of procurement processes and tools
  • Assisting procurement managers in vendor sourcing, NDA collection, and RFP management
  • Communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams
  • Analysis of data to prepare negotiations and aid decision-making
  • Market research
  • Support in vendor negotiations
Requirements:
  • Studies in Administration, Project, Business Management, or equivalent
  • 3 years of experience in Procurement or Project Management
  • Organisational and analytical skills
  • Experience abroad
  • Very good communication skills in English
  • Good knowledge of Google tools (and/or Microsoft ones), particularly Gsheet/Excel
  • Good knowledge of JIRA, Docusign, and RFP platforms
