Job Description
FREENOW is seeking a Customer Success Manager to be the primary point of contact for business customers in the UK. The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for customer success and company growth, developing strategies and initiatives to enhance the product and help customers use it efficiently. They will shape the entire customer journey, from activation to ongoing account management, supported by an international team.

Role Involves:
  • Managing and advising Mid Market customers in the UK.
  • Building strong and long-term relationships.
  • Providing valuable insights and performance data.
  • Deriving actionable insights from data using analytical skills.
  • Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Taking full responsibility for the UK market.

Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of professional experience.
  • Strong strategic and analytical thinking.
  • Sales understanding and customer orientation.
  • Excellent English skills (written and spoken).
