Job Description
KnowBe4 is seeking a Project Manager to coordinate and facilitate individual projects and administrative tasks related to courseware development. The Project Manager will be responsible for managing projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. They will also maintain project data, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure content is accessible and meets quality standards.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage projects from initiation through to delivery
  • Prioritize in a time-crunch, fast-paced environment
  • Consult with other functional teams on Courseware processes, requirements and guidelines
  • Collaborate across functional teams to ensure adherence to quality standards, internal processes and review of project deliverables
  • Maintain project data accurate and timely
  • Take an active role in creating and supporting content that is diverse, equitable, and inclusive
  • Ensure content is Web Content Accessible Guidelines (WCAG 2.0) compliant

Requirements:
  • Project Management Certification or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in project management (preferably in eLearning)
  • Experience with G Suite products and MS Office (Word and Excel)
  • Experience with web browsers (Chrome, Internet Explorer, etc.)
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
  • Capable of functioning in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with excellent verbal/written communication skills; active listener
  • Exceptional and demonstrated time management skills
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn
  • Responsible, self-motivated, professional, energetic
  • Excellent work ethic and ability to perform independently and within a team-based environment
