Strategy & Operations Manager, New & Emerging Business

Fetch is seeking a Strategy & Operations Manager to drive the vision, strategy, and execution of its new and emerging business units. In this role, the individual will collaborate with commercial General Managers, as well as Product and Technology leaders, to develop collaborative business strategies, analyze business performance, and ensure the delivery of critical initiatives.Fetch is an equal opportunity employer with a people-first culture rooted in trust, accountability, and innovation. • Leveraging data to inform key decisions and identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborating with senior stakeholders to utilize data-driven insights for strategic decision-making.
• Managing operational plans and execution of business-critical projects.
• Building and maintaining dashboards and reporting frameworks to track KPIs.

Requirements:

• 6+ years of experience in business operations, product strategy, management consulting, or analytics.
• Fluency in data and strong technical skills to make data-driven decisions.
• Proficiency in Excel and SQL; experience with Python or similar tools is a plus.
• Experience building analysis with significant AI components.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong business acumen and ability to make data-informed recommendations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
