Job Description
Fetch is seeking a General Manager for Omnichannel & Partnerships. This role involves driving revenue growth and scaling the Retail, Restaurants, Agency, and Data Partnerships verticals. The General Manager will report to the Chief Revenue Officer and will be instrumental in shaping the company's go-to-market strategy.Role Responsibilities:
  • Managing multiple pods and enabling Industry Leads to grow revenue.
  • Driving major revenue growth across Retail, Restaurants, Agency Growth, and Data Partnerships.
  • Partnering with Product, Engineering, and Marketing to build commercially effective offerings.
  • Coaching and inspiring a team of Industry Leads (Sales Managers).
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with legal and finance.
  • Representing Fetch externally and building C-level relationships.
  • Bringing market insights back to Fetch to evolve products and positioning.
Minimum Requirements:
  • 12+ years in digital media with experience selling to enterprise brands and agency partners.
  • Experience with people management of managers overseeing individual contributors in sales.
  • Track record of setting GTM strategy for a sales industry.
  • A natural builder who has led initiatives or teams where they had to write the playbook and then scale it.
  • Product-minded with an understanding of how to translate market needs into scalable solutions.
  • Strong executive presence and communication skills.
