Altium is seeking an Acquisition Account Manager to nurture current accounts and drive campaigns that expand their subscription base. The role involves planning and prioritizing sales activities, maintaining a transparent pipeline in Salesforce, and analyzing sales data to drive the sales process. The Account Manager will present the value proposition for Altium 365 to engineering users, teams, and management, exceeding targets and driving market potential. They will also maintain Salesforce process requirements and stay aware of competitor products and the industry landscape.
Responsibilities include:
- Planning and prioritizing sales activities
- Maintaining a transparent sales pipeline
- Analyzing sales data to drive the sales process
- Presenting the value proposition for Altium 365

- Maintaining Salesforce process requirements

Requirements:
- Fluent in English and Italian
- Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or related field preferred
- 3+ years of sales experience in software or related technology
- Winning mentality with a focus on quality and business success
- Effective communication skills across all platforms
- Organized, resilient, and tenacious with outreach
- Resourceful, action-oriented, and collaborative
