Atamis, a rapidly expanding software business based in Cardiff, is seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer. The company provides analysis and management tools to both public and private sector organizations. This role is crucial for building custom enhancements, supporting integrations, and resolving critical issues for clients, ensuring they maximize the platform's benefits.Atamis is expanding its development team to support client-specific enhancements and ensure the ongoing stability of its platform.Key responsibilities include:

• Designing, developing, and maintaining client-specific customizations and integrations.
• Investigating, triaging, and resolving complex issues in live client environments.
• Collaborating with QA, Support, and Client Success teams to manage technical escalations.
• Writing clean, maintainable code in Apex, Visualforce, LWC, and JavaScript.
• Developing and maintaining technical documentation for bespoke solutions and production fixes.
• Ensuring best practices around version control and deployment using Git and Gitlab.

The ideal candidate should possess:

• 4+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• Experience working with or maintaining 1st Generation Managed Packages.
• Strong skills in Apex (including asynchronous), Visualforce & Lightning Web Components.
• Demonstrated experience in troubleshooting production issues and debugging across complex orgs.
• Experience with Salesforce APIs and integration patterns (Rest & SOAP).
• Comfortable leading technical workshops and training sessions with end users.
• Strong attention to detail and clear communication skills.
