The role involves developing programs to educate and inspire customers, turning success stories into growth. This position requires close collaboration with GTM, Product, and CS teams.Responsibilities include:
Building and scaling the customer advocacy engine.
Partnering with Product Marketing and CS to amplify success stories.
Managing customer-facing collateral and webinars.
Leading programs that drive deeper adoption, renewals, and expansion.
Owning the strategy and roadmap for customer and agency onboarding.
