This role involves balancing people leadership with sales experience to drive team results. The Sales Director will collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to maximize the impact of Disguise's solutions.
Managing a team of Sales Managers
Leading new business sales cycles valued at $100K–$1M+
Designing and executing a strategic go-to-market plan
Building relationships with entertainment executives
Forecasting accurately within Salesforce and Clari
Creating and delivering compelling sales presentations
Collaborating with marketing to build targeted campaigns
Representing Disguise at industry events
7+ years of B2B sales experience in live events, studio and broadcast entertainment, and/or AV tech
