Disguise is seeking a Sales Director to lead a team of Sales Managers in the Location Based Experiences (LBX) vertical within the AMER region. The Sales Director will focus on helping major sports and entertainment venues, theme parks, and attractions enhance their fan experiences through real-time graphics, immersive visuals, and dynamic content powered by Disguise's technology. This role requires balancing people leadership with sales experience to drive personal and team results. Role involves:
Managing a team of Sales Managers/Executives.
Leading new business sales cycles valued at $100K–$1M+ in the LBX/Broadcast spaces.
Designing and executing a strategic go-to-market plan.
Building strong relationships with venue executives and stakeholders.
Forecasting accurately within Salesforce and Clari.
Creating and delivering compelling sales presentations and proposals.
Collaborating with marketing to build targeted campaigns.
Representing Disguise at key industry events.
Requirements:
7+ years of B2B sales experience in sports, entertainment, AV tech, live events, and/or large venue installations.
