People Services Administrator - Entry Level

Job Description

Omnicom Media Group UK (OMG UK) is seeking a People Services Administrator to join their People Services Hub in London. This role provides first-line administrative support to UK and EMEA agencies within the OMG Network, collaborating with Agency People Teams, Talent Attraction, and OMG Group People Directors.

The People Services Administrator will contribute to embedding and enhancing services, driving results, optimizing processes, strengthening collaboration, and developing future-focused initiatives.

Role Involves:

• Handling incoming queries and providing standard responses.
• Triaging and escalating queries as needed.
• Drafting employment contracts and processing resignation letters.
• Data entry on the HR system and updating staff files.
• Supporting onboarding, offboarding, and employment changes.
• Processing purchase orders and running standard monthly reports.
• Assisting with staff file audits and Right to Work checks.
• Providing support for payroll and benefits administration.

Requirements:

• High level of attention to detail.
• Passion for continuous process improvement.
• Good understanding of MS Office (Word minimum).
• Customer-focused attitude with excellent communication skills.
• Experience in a process-driven environment (ideal).
• Awareness of People Operations CoE procedures (ideal).
• Data entry skills with a track record of accuracy (ideal).
