Job Description

Spektrum is seeking a Financial Planning and Analysis Assistant to support key client projects within the NATO Communication and Information Agency (NCIA) in Mons, Belgium. This role involves providing administrative services to project boards, supporting resourcing and recruitment activities, and offering business administration support to teams and meetings.Spektrum requires candidates to have experience in financial management, budget preparation, and resource management. The ideal candidate will also possess knowledge of enterprise resource planning systems and project management processes.Role Involves:

• Providing administrative services to project boards and quality review meetings.
• Using project control solutions for planning, scheduling, and tracking.
• Supporting managers in resourcing and recruitment activities.
• Providing administrative support to teams and meetings.
• Participating in budget development and monitoring.
• Testing and analyzing internal controls.

Requirements:

• Experience in financial management within a customer-funding environment.
• Experience in planning, preparation, and production of budget submissions.
• Experience in budget execution and resource management.
• Knowledge and experience in enterprise resource planning systems.
• Ability to interpret financial data and allocate budgets.
• Higher vocational training or secondary education with relevant experience.
• Valid National or NATO Secret personal security clearance.
