Graphic Designer

Job Description

Spektrum is seeking a Graphic Designer to support the NATO Communication and Information Agency (NCIA) in The Hague, Netherlands. The NCIA provides secure and effective communications and IT services to NATO member countries and partners. The Graphic Designer will contribute to the Agency's illustrations, graphics, publications, and multimedia presentations, supporting scientific research, strategic communication, and marketing goals. They will also monitor the proper use of the Agency's visual identity and participate in graphical and publishing projects.Role involves:

• Designing and preparing illustrations, graphics, publications, and multimedia presentations.
• Monitoring and safeguarding the Agency's visual identity.
• Participating in graphical and publishing projects.
• Providing back-up duties for CMC reproduction and finishing elements.
• Staying updated on professional software, hardware, and industry developments.

Requirements:

• Minimum of three years of experience in graphics design or publishing.
• Understanding of Colour Management principles.
• Working experience with ADOBE Creative Suite design tools, PowerPoint, and ADOBE Acrobat.
• Understanding of graphics design, DTP, digital printing, document flow, and multimedia.
• Ability to work as a member of a creative team.
• Business English proficiency.
• Vocational training in graphics design or publishing/pre-press, or equivalent.
• Valid National or NATO Secret personal security clearance
