Job Description
Spektrum is seeking an IT Service Catalogue Consultant to support the NATO Communication and Information Agency (NCIA) in Mons, Belgium. The consultant will play a crucial role in designing and developing the Service Design Package for the ACPV Service, integrating it into the agency's service catalogue. This involves creating a Service Description (SD) and Service Delivery Plan (SDP) following NCIA templates, including service features, support hours, cost models, and technology components.
Role Involves: - Designing and developing the Service Design Package for the ACPV Service.
- Creating Service Descriptions (SD) and Service Delivery Plans (SDP).
- Developing a quantified Service Cost Model.
- Identifying prerequisite services, assets, and contracts.
- Developing a visual representation of service technology components.
- Describing service support levels and processes.
- Defining roles and responsibilities within the service delivery process.
Requirements: - Good knowledge and experience with the ITIL Framework (Service Strategy/Service Design).
- Solid understanding of financial management of IT Services and experience with Service Costs and Service Rates calculation.
- Strong troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Attention to detail in documenting support activities.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Strong customer relationship skills.
- Business English proficiency.
- Valid National or NATO Secret personal security clearance.
