Butternut Box is seeking a Customer Love employee to deliver joy to pet parents. Butternut Box's mission is to deliver health and happiness to canines and pet parents globally. They produce delicious, nutritious dog food. The company is rapidly expanding and wants to replicate its UK success in the Netherlands. They want to hire someone with great communication skills. The role is hybrid, with at least one day per week spent in the Amsterdam office, where dogs are welcome.
- Being the face and voice of Butternut Box for clients
- Surprising Butternut Box dogs and owners with attentive extras
- Contacting customers via phone, email, Whatsapp, live chat, and social media
- Processing and answering a wide range of questions, issues, and feedback from current and potential customers
- Providing the Butternut team with insights and feedback from our customers, so that we can adapt our strategy and grow Butternut Box
- Contributing to our Butternut culture
- Native Dutch speaker with excellent English communication skills (spoken and written). French is a bonus
- Passionate about problem-solving and able to work independently
- Affinity for customer contact and sees working in customer service as a calling
- Receptive to feedback and always looking for ways to improve customer service
- Detail-oriented
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Loves dogs
- Salary: €33,350 gross per year (based on 39 hours), or approximately €2800 gross per month (based on 39 hours), including 8% holiday pay
- 25 vacation days and an extra day for each year of employment (based on 39 hours)
- 5 extra paws days to focus on well-being or as extra vacation days (based on 39 hours)
