Clipboard Health is seeking an Account Manager to foster strong relationships with healthcare facility partners. This role is crucial for ensuring client satisfaction and the continued success of partnerships. The Account Manager will serve as a primary point of contact for facilities, addressing issues, communicating with corporate contacts, and monitoring key business metrics.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing a portfolio of accounts and proactively addressing their needs.
- Building trust with healthcare providers and executives.
- Communicating the value of Clipboard Health's products.
- Gathering feedback to improve product offerings.
- Collaborating with internal teams to execute trials and initiatives.
Requirements:
- Relationship management experience preferred.
- Ability to travel locally 10-20%.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Bachelor's Degree.
