Vice President, Finance (Hybrid)

Job Description

Brinqa, a leading provider of unified cyber risk management and security analytics, is seeking a highly skilled and motivated VP of Finance to oversee all financial aspects of the company. This individual will ensure the development and execution of effective financial strategies, financial planning, and accurate reporting. The VP of Finance will be a key member of the executive team, providing strategic financial insights and recommendations to drive business growth and profitability.

• Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes.
• Manage a high-performing accounting team and ensure the quality of financial statements.
• Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to the CEO and executive team.
• Develop and maintain financial reports, dashboards, and KPIs.
• Provide business partner support and collaborate with key business leaders.
• Oversee risk management processes to safeguard company assets.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, or related fields, preferably in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
• In-depth understanding of GAAP and regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency in financial software and tools such as Quickbooks, Excel, and financial modeling software.
• Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities.
