Butternut Box is seeking a Customer Love Team Lead to manage and motivate a team of 9 part-time employees. The Customer Love Team Lead will ensure the team meets quarterly goals, focusing on customer satisfaction, efficiency, and quality. The role involves creating a positive team culture, analyzing KPIs, and resolving customer escalations.

The position is hybrid, requiring three days per week in the Amsterdam office and occasional travel to London. The Customer Love Team Lead will report to the Head of Customer Love in London.

Role involves:
  • Delivering excellent customer experience in Netherlands and Belgium
  • Onboarding and supporting new team members.
  • Conducting coaching sessions with team members.
  • Analyzing and reporting KPIs.
  • Managing team schedules.

Requirements:
  • Fluent in Dutch and English (French is a plus).
  • Full-time availability (39 hours) and willingness to work in the Amsterdam office 3 days a week.
  • Experience in customer service, hospitality, or retail leadership.
  • Passion for customer satisfaction.
  • Strong communication and data analysis skills.

Butternut Box offers:
