MERGE is seeking an Account Director to lead the client services team and forge lasting relationships between clients and the agency. The Account Director will be a problem solver, working across various channels and driving results. They will collaborate with a team, use their industry expertise, and implement ideas in a fast-paced environment.Role involves:
- Assimilating business, customer, and marketplace insights.
- Balancing agency and client expectations.
- Maintaining communication with client teams.
- Educating clients with strategy and ideas.
- Building relationships with clients.
- Signing off on internal agency materials.
- Growing business by identifying needs and implementing solutions.
- Partnering with internal teams for strategic solutions.
- Managing and mentoring the account team.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 8-10 years of account management experience.
- Life Sciences/Pharma experience.
- Strategic ideation and financial management skills.
- Superior communication and presentation skills.
- Leadership and collaboration skills.
- Client management skills.
- Commitment to detail and problem-solving ability.
