MERGE is seeking an Account Director to lead the client services team and forge lasting relationships between clients and the agency. The Account Director will be a problem solver, working across various channels and driving results. They will collaborate with a team, use their industry expertise, and implement ideas in a fast-paced environment.Role involves:
  • Assimilating business, customer, and marketplace insights.
  • Balancing agency and client expectations.
  • Maintaining communication with client teams.
  • Educating clients with strategy and ideas.
  • Building relationships with clients.
  • Signing off on internal agency materials.
  • Growing business by identifying needs and implementing solutions.
  • Partnering with internal teams for strategic solutions.
  • Managing and mentoring the account team.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 8-10 years of account management experience.
  • Life Sciences/Pharma experience.
  • Strategic ideation and financial management skills.
  • Superior communication and presentation skills.
  • Leadership and collaboration skills.
  • Client management skills.
  • Commitment to detail and problem-solving ability.
  • Managerial experience.
