KYC Compliance Auditor

Job Description

Bandwidth is seeking a KYC/LEA Specialist to join their team in Turkey. This role is crucial for ensuring KYC validation on Bandwidth Turkey’s End Customers, adhering to LAR and KYC requirements. The specialist will also be responsible for creating training documentation, implementing new policies, and supporting Turkish authorities and law enforcement.Responsibilities:

• Address inquiries from Turkish law enforcement authorities promptly.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and client-specific processing requirements.
• Conduct KYC checks and Enhanced Due Diligence.
• Evaluate information from various sources and create handbooks/guides.
• Verify, track, and report on Reseller Notification Status.
• Perform testing for new solutions/systems enhancements.
• Act as a liaison between Regulatory Operations, Regulatory/Legal teams, and LEA.
• Reinstate disconnected services upon Customer compliance.

Requirements:

• Demonstrated knowledge of KYC/AML.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
• Intermediate-level understanding of VoIP, numbers, and messaging.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Suite products.
• Native Turkish and fluent English language skills.
