Job Description
Grafana Labs is seeking a Senior Commercial Account Executive, Growth, based remotely in Sweden, to expand business across the Nordics. The candidate will identify and close opportunities with existing customers, manage forecasts, and track customer data. Grafana Labs emphasizes a consultative sales approach, prioritizing understanding customer needs before discussing products. The role requires expertise in articulating the value of Grafana's offerings.Role involves:
- Identifying new opportunities to expand Grafana usage within current customers.
- Meeting and exceeding individual quarterly and annual sales goals.
- Managing all aspects of the sales process, including prospecting, sales meetings, product demos, proofs of concept, proposals, negotiations, and account management.
- Cultivating sales through outbound prospecting and inbound leads.
- Understanding and conveying the value of both Grafana Cloud and Grafana Enterprise.
- Managing the sales pipeline in Salesforce.
- Managing quote creation, order processing, and day-to-day customer requests.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in infrastructure technology sales.
- Demonstrated history of consistent goal achievement in a competitive environment.
- Energetic, upbeat, entrepreneurial, tenacious team player.
- Adaptable with experience in high-velocity technology companies.
- Experience using Salesforce.
- Familiarity with open-source technology (a significant advantage).
- Excellent communication skills in all channels.
- Experience using Command of the Message and MEDD(P)ICC is ideal.
