Sr. Web Developer

Envoy is seeking a Senior Web Developer to spearhead the development and optimization of its website. This role is crucial for bringing Envoy's brand to life online and ensuring a user-centric experience. The ideal candidate will blend technical expertise with project management skills to manage, optimize, and scale Envoy's web presence. This is a hybrid position that requires 4 days a week (Monday - Thursday) in our San Francisco HQ.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the development and continuous improvement of Envoy's website.
• Maintain, update, and optimize the Webflow website for performance and user experience.
• Implement and manage web tracking and analytics using Google Analytics and GTM.
• Refine content publishing workflows to enable cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and design teams to enhance website features.
• Execute web-related projects, including landing page creation and A/B testing.
• Develop strategies for scalable web solutions.

Requirements:

• 5-8 years of experience in front-end development or web management.
• Expertise in modern web development practices.
• Proficiency in coding custom experiences using JavaScript.
• Proficiency with Google Tag Manager (GTM).
• Experience implementing and enhancing Google Analytics tracking.
• Intermediate knowledge of Figma.
• Strong understanding of web analytics configuration and user experience design.
• Experience collaborating with marketing, product, and design teams.
• Strong technical program management skills.
• Advanced knowledge of Webflow or similar CMS software.
