Job Description
Envoy is seeking a highly motivated SMB Sales Manager to join its Revenue and Success team. This role is based in San Francisco and requires 4 days a week in the office. The SMB Sales Manager will lead a team of SMB Account Executives, driving them to exceed sales quotas and embody the Envoy mission. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies for customer acquisition and expansion. The role involves managing the full customer lifecycle, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, and fostering long-term relationships.

Role involves:
  • Leading and inspiring a team of SMB Account Executives.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive customer acquisition and expansion.
  • Ensuring exceptional customer experiences and fostering long-term relationships.
  • Maintaining clear visibility on revenue performance and providing accurate monthly forecasts.
  • Identifying skill gaps among Account Executives and providing personalized training and mentorship.

Requirements:
  • 1-2+ years of experience managing B2B closing teams selling software to inside sales accounts.
  • Proven track record of consistent quota overachievement.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and experience engaging with multiple stakeholders.
  • Expertise in managing team pipelines consisting of both fast-moving transactional deals and longer-term strategic deals.
  • Exceptional sales acumen and familiarity with qualification frameworks such as MEDDPICC.
  • Passion for revenue growth and achieving quarterly bookings goals.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced organization.
  • Passion for the product and working with SMB-sized businesses.
