Operations Analyst (Vestmark Outsourced Services)

Job Description

Vestmark is seeking an Operations Analyst to join its Outsourced Services (VOS) team in Wakefield, MA. The Operations Analyst will play a crucial role in supporting the managed account business operations services for multiple clients. This involves hands-on processing, client interaction, and collaboration with internal operations and technology teams to ensure seamless service delivery to VOS clients.Responsibilities include:

• Gaining a deep understanding of team processes, sponsor relationships, and systems.
• Supporting processing and documentation for account-related activities.
• Performing account-level reconciliation.
• Monitoring reference data, pricing, and corporate actions.
• Tracking and processing corporate actions.
• Monitoring daily and monthly performance.
• Assisting with issue analysis and research.
• Supporting new client onboarding.
• Assisting in system testing.
• Collaborating with teams to resolve exceptions.

Requirements:

• 2 – 4 years of experience in managed account or operations
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Ability to work independently and demonstrate good judgment
• Knowledge and understanding of Financial Operations
• Knowledge of Separately Managed Accounts
• Advanced desktop skills, especially Excel
• Experience with Vestmark platform a plus
