Vestmark is seeking an Operations Analyst to join its Outsourced Services (VOS) team in Wakefield, MA. The Operations Analyst will play a crucial role in supporting the managed account business operations services for multiple clients. This involves hands-on processing, client interaction, and collaboration with internal operations and technology teams to ensure seamless service delivery to VOS clients.Responsibilities include:
Gaining a deep understanding of team processes, sponsor relationships, and systems.
Supporting processing and documentation for account-related activities.
Performing account-level reconciliation.
Monitoring reference data, pricing, and corporate actions.
Tracking and processing corporate actions.
Monitoring daily and monthly performance.
Assisting with issue analysis and research.
Supporting new client onboarding.
Assisting in system testing.
Collaborating with teams to resolve exceptions.
Requirements:
2 – 4 years of experience in managed account or operations
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Ability to work independently and demonstrate good judgment
Knowledge and understanding of Financial Operations
