SimpliSafe is seeking a People Operations Specialist to maintain and progress every aspect of the employee experience. The People Operations Specialist will support core HR operations and processes, ensure smooth on-the-ground execution of People programs, and help scale the efforts of the People Partners and Total Rewards teams. As the first point of resolution for employee questions and issues, this role will serve as a trusted advisor, educator, active listener and problem solver.
What this role involves: - Serving as the gateway for employee questions and needs.
- Providing administrative support for People Programs.
- Managing employee relations matters.
- Supporting new hire onboarding and orientation.
- Maintaining employee files and data.
What the candidate should bring: - Bachelor's degree and/or 1-3 years of experience in HR.
- Clear and concise communication skills.
- Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
- Good knowledge of Google Suite and remote working tools.
- General knowledge of HR process/compliance.
