GOAT Group is seeking a Workplace Services Supervisor to join their Workplace Services team. The ideal candidate will excel in a startup environment and contribute to making the workplace experience exceptional. This role involves managing infrastructure, direct reports, food services, and janitorial programs. The Workplace Services Supervisor will also manage projects, troubleshoot issues, and ensure facility-level compliance.
Managing infrastructure for day-to-day operations
Managing direct reports, including hiring and performance decisions
Developing and managing onsite food services and janitorial programs
Managing major projects and cross-functional projects
Troubleshooting issues and delegating tasks
Managing facility parking logistics
Supporting company-wide and location-specific events
Reviewing and addressing internal Workplace tickets
Managing incoming/outgoing deliveries
Collaborating with People, Legal, and Asset Protection Teams for compliance
5-10 years of Workplace experience or equivalent
Strong interpersonal skills
Exceptional planning and problem-solving skills
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
Ability to work in a team environment
